How the process works

    Step 1 - Tell us your vision

    Fill out our contact form or schedule a call. Share what you have in mind — no idea is too big or too small.

    Step 2 - Quote, design & site visit

    We walk through everything we can do, provide a detailed quote, and discuss foundation options. We can come out to your property for a site visit.

    Step 3 - Reserve your spot Get on our build schedule

    Secure your place in our build queue as soon as possible with a $2,000 deposit. Even if you dont know the exact time you want the cabin delivered we can hold a spot on our Schedule.

    Step 4 - Design Finalize your design & selections

    Once you're on our schedule, we finalize your cabin design together — stain color, windows, roofing, and flooring. The fun part!

    Step 5 - Materials ordered, 50% due

    Six weeks before your build, we order windows, doors, and cabinetry from our trusted Amish craftsmen — specialists in each of their trades.

  • Step 6 - Build We build your cabin

    Construction begins! We send regular photo updates and stay in close contact with you throughout the entire build process.

    Step 7 - Schedule your delivery date

    Your cabin is complete! We coordinate with you to set a delivery date that works for your timeline and property access.
