Share Your Ideas
Start by telling us your general layout needs, the size cabin you are looking for, and the features that matter most to you. This gives us a good starting point for your project.

Review Your Layout and Quote
Based on your ideas, we will prepare a sketch of the layout and provide a quote for the cabin. This helps you see the vision and understand pricing before moving forward.

Reserve Your Spot
To get on our build schedule, we require a $2,000 deposit. This deposit is applied toward the final cost of your cabin.

Finalize Details and Make 40% Down Payment
About 6 weeks before your build starts, we require 40% down. At this stage, your design details should be finalized so we can order the windows and doors for your cabin.

We Build Your Cabin
Your cabin is then built in our shop and prepared for transport. This allows us to complete as much work as possible before delivery.on goes here

Delivery Preparation and Second 40% Payment
Prior to delivery and setup, we require another 40% payment. Once everything is ready, we schedule transport to your site.

Delivery, Setup, and Final Payment
Depending on the cabin size and design, delivery may take one load or multiple loads. Once the cabin is delivered and set up, the final payment is due.
